A punter will be counting their cash after placing a massive bet of $100,000 on a winner at Flemington today although the collect could have been much bigger.
The punter with Sportsbet placed $100,000 on Blue Diamond winner Catchy to place in the Danehill Stakes at odds of $1.60.
Not only did Catchy place she won the race at odds of $3.80 meaning the punter could have walked away with an extra $220,000 had they put the bet on the nose.
