Spot in Caulfield Cup field up for grabs in the MRC Foundation Cup

Progressive import Uncle Bryn is favourite with Ladbrokes.com.au for the MRC Foundation Cup (2000m) at Caulfield on Saturday, with the winner of the race getting ballot exemption for the Caulfield Cup.

The Busuttin/Young trained galloper was good in defeat at The Valley two weeks ago and looks primed for the 2000m assignment. He heads betting at $4.80.

The class of the field is clearly Gold Trip and is rock solid at $5, keeping in mind he is also accepted for Randwick. Emissary is rock solid at $6.
