Alligator Blood heads odds in a quality Underwood Stakes field

Alligator Blood, on the back up, is favourite with Ladbrokes.com.au for the feature race this Saturday at Caulfield, the Underwood Stakes (1800m).

The GaiBott trained gelding was somewhat of a surprise acceptor given he ran last Saturday in the Makybe Diva but given how slow that race was, it wasn’t a hard run, and this race lacks the quality of last weekend. He holds the call at $3.30.

Without A Fight is on the second line of betting at $4.80, clear of Attrition at $8, who is a half point clear of Tuvalu.
