A massive bet to win $65,000 has been taken on the Blue Diamond Stakes with the hopeful punter taking the chance on a $13 shot.
The TAB punter placed the $5,000 bet on the Peter and Paul Snowden-trained Pure Elation to win the Blue Diamond Stakes which takes place at Caulfield on February 24.
The untried Pure Elation won a Warwick Farm barrier trial in October and more recently won a jump-out at Werribee.
Another $4,000 was wagered at $3.50 odds on Pure Elation to win the Blue Diamond Preview at Caulfield when she makes her raceday debut this Saturday.
