In a landmark agreement, online bookmaker sportsbet.com.au will stream all Victorian thoroughbred races free of charge to its 1.8 million customers from today.

The partnership between Sportsbet and the Victorian thoroughbred racing industry sees the bookmakerprovide live streaming of all Victorian metropolitan and country race meetings via its sportsbet.com.au platform.
The streaming will also be available on Sportsbet’s category leading mobile app from mid-April.
Sportsbet CEO, Cormac Barry, said: “Sportsbet is now the one stop shop for Australian punters to bet on Victorian racing.”
“It will put live racing in the hands of punters on the device of their choice – anywhere, anytime. Our 1.8 million customers will be able to access marquee events like the Melbourne Cup, Cox Plate and Caulfield Cup at home, at the pub, on the golf course, or on the road.

Sportsbet customers only need to have deposited funds into their account once to access the streaming.
Race replays will also be available as part of the deal.
