Former UK stayer heads odds in the Premiers Cup at Eagle Farm

Serpentine is favourite with Ladbrokes.com.au for the Premiers Cup (2400m) this Saturday at Eagle Farm.

The GaiBott trained former UK stayer had his first run for the new stable at Eagle Farm when leading throughout and kicked strongly from the front to prove too good for Kalapour ($4.80). Serpentine holds the call at $3.90.

Kukeracha sits alongside Kalapour on the second line of betting, and they have a good hold on betting, with Fancy Man and Dune Forty Five next best at $9, a half point clear of Otyrar.
