Gringotts heads odds in an open The Big Dance field

Despite drawing wide, Gringotts is the Ladbrokes.com.au favourite for The Big Dance (1600m) at Randwick this afternoon.

The gelding was game in defeat in the Alan Brown at Rosehill last time and despite the wide draw, he is a well supported favourite at $3.70.

Tavi Time, a sharp winner at Warwick Farm last start, is on the second line of betting at $4.50, a point clear of Here To Shock, who won the Alan Brown and beat Gringotts.
