Over The Odds 14/12/2024 – Saturday’s Horse Racing Value Tips and Bets

Ladbrokes have got their markets out for racing this Saturday, and we have tried to find four runners that appears overs in betting.

Eagle Farm Race Seven Number 6 Squeezebox ($7.50):

Keen to be with 6 Squeezebox. Arrogant maiden win at Hawkesbury two back before going to 1850m at Newcastle where T Clark pulled their pants down in front and this guy just couldn’t sustain the run. I think with a more gentle tempo, a drag into the race like Hawkesbury, I think he is really hard to beat.

Eagle Farm Race Nine Number 17 Lord Of Biscay ($8.00):

Lord Of Biscay is a sneaky prospect here. Trialled up like a rocket prior to resuming at Kembla where he just looked in need of the run and that’s how it panned out when down the track behind The Novelist. His best is more than good enough.

Eagle Farm Race Ten Number 9 Brookhaven ($11):

Brookhaven is a key chance. He comes through the Poetic Drama race from a fortnight back at Doomben. He got bogged down by the big weight I suspect and wasn’t dynamic late in the piece. But, that was his second run at 1600m on the bounce and is racing like 1800m will be ideal.

Randwick Race Eight Number 19 Spangler ($8.50):

am convinced that Spangler has returned very well after resuming at Newcastle a few weeks ago where he was one of the eye catchers of the meeting, closing off with real purpose in defeat behind Uzziah. Great second up record, more upside than most…very likeable, and he’s a price to find out.
