Over The Odds 2/10/2024 – Saturday’s Horse Racing Value Tips and Bets

Ladbrokes have got their markets out for racing this Saturday, and we have tried to find four runners that appears overs in betting. Hopefully we can continue from last Saturday after finding Marenaro at $17 at Rosehill.

Randwick Race One Number 8 State Of America ($8.50):

State Of America for me in what looks a pretty decent Midway I say. He ran two weeks ago in the Midway here and I thought his run was quite good, getting held up at times and was ducking/weaving his way through, finding the line quite well late. He’ll love the rise to 1800m and that was his first run in two months so he has good room for improvement.

Randwick Race Four Number 1 Depth Of Character ($12):

Depth Of Character has to be given another chance I say. He comes through the Guineas Prelude at Caulfield where he paraded quite big in condition and in a sit/sprint, he wasn’t suited so a total forgive. Fitter and up in trip, he had trialled super leading in so I think he can bounce back.

Randwick Race Nine Number 14 Molly Bloom ($61):

Molly Bloom is one of two I am going to speck at odds. On paper, last in the Theo Marks doesn’t scream out, but watching the replay, she just found the 1300m too sharp and in a sit/sprint, she was never a factor. I think with a good gate, a big jockey upgrade, she’ll do no work, suck run and in a fast run mile, she’ll be very strong late I say.

Flemington Race Eight Number 7 Atishu ($13):

Atishu could easily rock and roll here. Thought she did enough fresh behind Via Sistina in the Winx before going to the Makybe Diva where she really struggled with the race shape and the testing track so forgive and forget the run. Firmer deck, 2000m, very well weighted, M Zahra, maps perfect…great each way play.
