Ladbrokes have got their markets out for racing this Saturday, and we have tried to find four runners that appears overs in betting.
Rosehill Race Two Number 3 Marenaro ($17):
Dean Mirfin had a couple nominated for this race but goes with the sole rep with Marenaro. He has been excellent in two runs back, first up catching the eye from near last at Dubbo before going to Hawkesbury where he got off speed again but was good late behind Spanish Fox. Maps ideally and will be fine on wet ground, plus gets Nash.
Rosehill Race Three Number 6 Waltham ($41):
Throw at the stumps via Waltham. Matty Smith trained gelding that resumed behind Matusalem a few weeks back. He was trucking in the run out the back and on the turn, looked like he would loom and threaten, but he plodded and was plain. Poor post race recovery so he had an excuse and he trialled too well prior so I am giving him another look, especially if the rain comes.
Rosehill Race Ten Number 4 Stromboli ($27):
Stromboli is an improver for Team Hawkes. He ran behind Ostraka two weeks back where he got into a tricky spot from the wide gate and while he was never a winning threat, he did make up headway and was sound enough in defeat. Can settle closer, be within range, hard to beat.
Sandown Race Seven Number 6 Savannah Cloud ($18):
Gee Savannah Cloud looks a big, big price here I feel. He comes through a hot form race first up at The Valley, with A Little Deep beating Arkansaw Kid. I am not sure this guy was 100% happy on the tight track, and he does tend to save his best for Sandown and is seemingly in well at the weights.
