Despite being one of the class runners of the race bookies were keen to take Kenedna on in the Group Two Feehan Stakes at Moonee Valley but they may regret that decision with punters heavily backing the multiple G1 winner.
Kenedna goes into the race have had a very good Autumn/Winter campaign and she gets in well at the weights but bookies were keen to take her on after her first up run at Caulfield where she didn’t really fire.
Punters took their time but they have heavily backed her from $16 into $6 in Feehan Stakes markets and with the drift for all other runners she could start favourite.
Favourite Homesman has been easy in markets drifting from $4.40 out to $5.50 whilst the early second favourite Best Of Days has been unwanted as well and is $4.80 out to $7.00.
