Waller filly heads odds in The Roses at Doomben

Scarlet Oak has been the subject of strong early support with Ladbrokes.com.au for The Roses (2000m) this Saturday at Doomben.

The Chris Waller trained filly was an outstanding winner at Newcastle over the mile last time and gives every indication of eating up the ten furlongs, and does get J Mac to steer. $4 as the opening price and is now at $3.50.

Molly Bloom opened the $4 equal favourite and remains rock solid at $4.20. She is clear of Tutta La Vita at $7, with Poifect at $8.50.
