Zaaki is the odds on favourite in the Doomben Cup

Zaaki is odds on with Ladbrokes.com.au for the feature race at Doomben this Saturday, the Doomben Cup (2000m).

The Annabel Neasham trained gelding was a strong winner of the Hollindale two weeks ago, winning the race for the third time, and looks primed to win his second Doomben Cup. Opened $2.15 and has been crunched, now into $1.95.

Kovalica, scratched from last Saturday, is on the second line of betting at $7.50, and they are the lone runners at single figures. Next best is Queen Of The Turf winner Atishu at $10, who was good late in the Hollindale.
