Former trainer Peter Moody is set to face stewards this afternoon after the now registered owner made controversial social media posts on Wednesday.
Moody made three tweets regarding cobalt testing in Victoria which did not go down well with stewards nor the Lindsay Park training team who fired back.
As a registered owner Moody is bound by the rules of racing.
Tweets:
1/2 Any truth a leading vic stable has COBALT positive in nsw where they have few runners compared to home state

2/2 Feed the same for horses in both stables. Maybe RVL not testing for COBALT at moment.Couldnt risk more positives

Plenty denials. Don’t believe I mentioned any names. At least trainers are now receiving warnings. For the better

Lindsay Parks response:
Rumour mill going crazy. FACT: Lindsay Park DO NOT have a positive to Cobalt, or any other medication in Vic/NSW or anywhere else #fakenews

The inquiry is set for 12:45PM today.
