There were no real surprises this morning at Randwick when multiple Group One winner Sunlight won her trial but it was a run of a boom grey that stole the show.
Sunlight jumped and led to win Trial 1 at Randwick but it was the eye catching trial of The Everest contender Classique Legend which stood out with the grey going to the line under wraps and looking very impressive.
Both Sunlight and Classique Legend have guaranteed their place in the $14m Everest with Sunlight slightly the better in the market at $13 ahead of Classique Legend at $15 prior to the trial.
