‘Frankly, he has Group 1 looks, a Group 1 pedigree and was a Group 1 performer,’ with Hawaii Five Oh being the only stallion in Australia whose first five dams are all Stakes winners.

“There is no doubt, Hawaii Five Oh was one of I Am Invincible’s most naturally talented sons,” said co-trainer Adrian Bott, “as he was an exciting prospect that I’m sure will be well received.”

“I truly believe we did not see the best from him, however in his short career he was able to showcase some exceptional talent as he was explosive when breaking through at stakes level.”

“In an Everest Campaign, he ran the winner to a nose at Group 2 level prior, before performing creditably in the big event itself starting well in the market, and had a brilliant Group 3 victory.”

Royally bred on the successful I Am Invincible – Encosta De Lago cross that’s produced 9 Stakes winners and 20.45% Stakes winners to runners, he’s from the Group 1 Coolmore Classic winner Aloha.

With his first three dams Aloha, Tennessee Midnight and Tennessee Morn being sired by Encosta De Lago, Danehill and Bletchingly respectively they have 14 Australian Sires titles between them.

Again, with I Am Invincible being Australian Champion Sire for the third consecutive season with total progeny earning of $196m and 108 stakes winners, its Imperatriz who retires with $6.95m.

With 73 yearlings selling at auction for a total of $42.4m this season at an average of $581,000, it was his Booker and Notting Hill fillies who made $3m and $1.8m at the Inglis Easter Yearling Sale.

In also being he maternal sire of Royal Ascot King Charles III Stakes heroine Asfoora, I Am Invincible had Imperitriz sell for $6.6m at the Magic Millions and his Single Blonde weanling for $800,00.

In-step with his sire, Hawaii Five Oh is bay in colour, both standing 16.2hh, and both Group 3 winners with Hawaii Five Oh taking out the Fred Best Stakes and Hawkesbury Guineas, both at 1400m.

As I Am Invincible won the Group 3 DC McKay Stakes and placed in the Goodwood Handicap, it’s Hawaii Five Oh who has won $1.6m and placed in the Stradbroke Handicap and Premier Stakes.

In also running sixth in The $20m Everest behind Think About It, Private Eye I Wish I Win, he was only a ‘nose’ behind Think About in the Group 2 Premier Stakes, having won on debut at 1200m.

‘In being the same mould as his sire, possessing size, strength, scope and quality,’ he’s full-brother to Group 1 placed and multiple Group 2 winner Libertini, being from Group 1 winner Aloha.

From the immediate family of Champagne Stakes winner Seabrook and Group 2 My Emotions, he traces to the Darley Stakes winner Malaguerra and Cool Aza Beel the NZ Champion 2YO.

“With breeders in mind, we held our fees to the same level as last year,” said Vinery General Manager Peter Orton, “as we believe our stallions are of a high quality” to raise elite racehorses.

“While also representing fantastic value and giving breeders the best possible chance on a return on their investment” with Vinery proud of providing the very best for their equine residents.

In averaging 159 mares in his first three seasons at stud, the Australian Champion 3YO Ole Kirk is certainly ‘the hottest property in town’ with his 2024 first crop yearlings selling for $1millon.

In averaging $306,000 at this year’s Inglis Australian Easter Yearling Sale, he was the sire of the top priced yearling by a first season sire at Inglis Premier Yearling Sale, his $400,000 Kibibi colt.

With 2yo Group winners Dublin Down and Flyer being in Exceedance’s first crop, its Star Turn with 74% winners-runners and 16 stakes winners from three crops, in addition to Headwater, All Too Hard and Casino Prince.
