1.How are dividends calculated?
Dividends are based on a hypothetical $1 each way bet ($1 on win, $1 on place) on your selection. Dividends are based on Top Tote Plus (Win bets: best price of the three totes and the starting price, Place bets: best price of the three totes)
E.g. The horse you picked wins. The win odds were 3.00 and the place odds were 1.50. You would receive 3.00 dividends for the win and 1.50 dividends for the place, hence 4.50 dividends in total. If you horse only placed, you would only receive 1.50 dividends.
